Best sleep I had in ages! Super cozy room, and the breakfast? Pure heaven-fresh, delish spreads every day. Staff were way friendly, even packed us lunch boxes for our early flight. Location's a gem, real close to the metro and cool spots. Just wish there was more fruit juice at breakfast.

The room was beautifully designed and brand-new, I slept well. The location of the property was amazing, in the center of the city.

It was REALLY NICE stay, I did not want to leave and would love to go back. The hotel was fairly clean and staff were superbly friendly and pretty friendly, everything was perfect. Had a new-fashioned and nicely furnished room with mini-bar, a refrigerator, a comfortable bed, and I couldn't ask for more. The service was friendly, that made the venue charming small place. The hotel had a central setting in Galata district.

Staying for 6 nights was a wonderful experience. The breakfast had a variety of delicious options like fresh fruits, sweet pastries, and baked goods, which made every morning enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, within walking distance to the iconic Galata Tower and the buzzing Taksim Square. The staff went above and beyond, especially Aysude, who surprised us with treats in our room. I can't wait to return with my family!

The venue was fairly clean and the staff were superfriendly and fairly friendly. The location was absolutely perfect and good, you can visit Galata Tower by walking. It was also short walk to the port and also istiklal street.

Room sizes are painfully small!!! Lack of proper soundproofing allows neighbor noise to seep through. Fridge barely cools and air conditioning can be noisy and drippy at times!!!

The experience was marred by significant communication issues regarding room availability upon check-in and a confusing shuttle service when we checked out.
